When the team at a certain, worldwide hair care and styling brand got in touch with some requirements for a team catch up, corporate retreat and team-building conferenceat Manifold Farm in Belper, they needed more than just a ride, they needed a reliable, flexible and comfortable transfer service that could handle multiple passengers, varied schedules and diverse destinations.

The team started their journey in Manchester. They had a bunch of folks, a bunch of gear and understanding their need for business comfort and space, we dispatched a Mercedes E-Class for a smooth, executive ride, alongside a Mercedes Vito van to comfortably accommodate the full group of 11 passengers from Manchester city centre.

From the moment they left Manchester, our priority was simple: deliver them safely, on time and in style, ensuring the start of their retreat was as stress-free as possible.

Supporting a productive and enjoyable retreat

Arriving at Manifold Farm, their team embarked on a variety of activities, country walks, team training exercises and away-day adventures. We weren’t just a taxi service; we were a reliable partner in their schedule, ensuring transport fitted in with their busy (and a bit bonkers) schedule.

Flexible transfers across multiple destinations

Their final day came around and people needed to be in different places. Our team coordinated transfers for a variety of endpoints, all with precise timing and attention to detail:

• Two passengers needed a 5am pickup for flights out of Birmingham Airport.
• Two others required a later transfer to Manchester Airport.
• One passenger traveled to Nottingham Train Station.
• Everyone else needed to get back to their office in Manchester city..

Each journey required different vehicles, schedules, and care and we were proud to manage it all seamlessly, without ever compromising comfort, safety, or professionalism.

By the end of the retreat, the feedback was unanimous: the team arrived relaxed, on time and ready to focus on their retreat goals.
