What happens if you are collecting me from the airport and my plane is late or early?
Brook Travel would have called airport arrivals to check on landing times. So no waiting around nor any waiting time charges incurred.
We have a business contact arriving from overseas can you meet and greet?
Yes a meet and greet service is available.
A small child will be travelling with us, do we need a child seat?
Yes you will as child seats are not provided.
What is the maximum number of people that can travel with luggage in your vehicle?
Our large and spacious minibus has ample room for a maximum of 8 passengers each with luggage.
Do you provide a 24hour service?
Operates 24/7
How far in advance do i need to book my taxi?
As far in advance as possible.
We are planning a journey with several people at different addresses,
can you collect us all on the way, or do you just pick up from one address?
Yes a multi pick up and drop off service is available.
Are you insured?
Yes fully insured.
What if i need to cancel my booking?
24 Hours Cancellation Required.
Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
By prior arrangement with the driver.
Am I charged if my flight is delayed?
No, as Brook Travel would already know of any delays by calling airport arrivals before setting out.
So therefore not incurring any waiting time charges for the customer.
